- S-39 universal is free from acid, has a powerful cleaning effect and decomposes oxides as it heats the metal.
- The unique composition of S-39 universal makes it effective across a wide temperature range (75–375°C), while its excellent moistening capabilities allow a strong solder connection to be achieved.

The fluid can be used universally thanks to its highly active flux.
It is suitable for use in traditional tin/lead soldering (e.g. 40/60 and 50/50) as well as in lead-free soldering such as TIN/SILVER and TIN/COPPER.
Only lead-free soldering in combination with a KIWA-certified flux is permitted for use in drinking water systems.
The fluid can be used universally thanks to its highly active flux.
