Simple and quick
The formwork is quick and easy to mount onto the inner cavity surfaces and/or separating walls. You will get an optimal result when you attach this in combination with the universal angle brackets and the quick-action clamps.
Time-saving
The metal formwork is a 'lost' formwork. The elements remain behind the construction work, which will eliminate both the need to demolish and the occurrence of waste, thus saving you a lot of time.
Straight floor edges
Limited buckling due to profiled sheet steel and converted flange.
Universal
Thanks to the different height measurements, the metal formwork can be effortlessly applied with virtually any floor thickness.
2. Place edge formwork on the bearing inner cavity wall leaves and/or separating walls.
3. When "linking" the formwork, the hole patterns must overlap.
4. Attach edge formwork to the structure using steel nails or shoot with a minimum nail length of 15 mm; at least 4 nails per plate length of 2000 mm.
5. Attach nails at least 50 mm from the edge of the underlying structure.
6. Then fit the wide slab floors or hollow-core slab floors.
7. Carefully brace the edge formwork to the grating plates and/or reinforcement; at least 4 braces per plate length of 2000 mm. (number of tensioners depends on the height of the formwork).
8. Brace using union tensioners and shoot tensioners, alternately high and low.
