Safe work even using high forces
Very high load-bearing capacity compared to standard models, thanks to a new tool geometry and a new production process with tighter production tolerances
Comfortable operation
Smooth-running, sturdy locking screws with fine cross knurling allow clamping of the thread-cutting die without a screwdriver
Sustainable production
Black coated handles made from steel and powder-coated thread-cutting die body
The thread-cutting die is placed in the slot of the thread-cutting die holder at the height of the middle screw. First of all, the middle screw is fixed with a screwdriver. Then the two opposite screws are tightened, so that the thread-cutting die is clamped correctly. This is followed by the two remaining screws that finally secure the thread-cutting die. Then the thread-cutting die is positioned vertically on the workpiece. Thanks to the two handles, a higher force can now be applied and cutting is easy. The thread-cutting dies "HSS Performance" and "HSCo Multi Performance"can be used from both sides due to their two-sided cut. When cutting, a sufficient amount of lubricant must be used. After two revolutions, the cut can be broken by briefly turning back.
