Adheres to concrete, stone, hard PVC, metal and wood. Does not adhere to PE, PP, silicone, PTFE and grease.
This 1C PUR foam is suitable for filling, sealing and insulating window, door and façade joints. Not suitable for B1 applications such as ETICS.
Thanks to its high elasticity, it can absorb component movements more effectively. It adheres excellently to conventional building surfaces.
Shake the can vigorously at least 20x before each use. Remove the safety cover and screw the can onto the gun. The delivery quantity is controlled by actuating the trigger and the dosing screw on the gun. When used with the AA210 nozzle, place it on the valve and turn it 90° before use. The delivery quantity is dosed by squeezing in the valve lever. Dispense foam sparingly. Apply the foam in a continuous bead. Particularly for joints and cavities of more than 30 mm, apply in layers while moistening them in the meantime. However, make sure that there is no icing in the base material. Optimal can temperature is 20 °C, at lower temperatures
expect a lower foam yield. When foaming deformable components, e.g. window sills or window frames, the components must be firmly anchored. Do not expose the foam to the elements for an extended time, as it is not resistant to UV rays. Cut away any protruding foam residues after curing.
