When using a (melamine resin-coated) chipboard as the component to be attached, we recommend a groove width of 3.5 mm. The groove width of other materials can be determined independently to achieve the appropriate retention force. We generally recommend additionally protecting the components used from falling off. Attachment of connection profile Fixxxit with pan head screw ∅ 3.0 mm.
