The EV disassembly starter set contains the basic tools and personal protective equipment necessary to be able to work safely on an electric or hybrid vehicle.
Contents of the set:
- Electrically insulating gloves: 2 pairs. 1x size 10 and 1x size 11
These gloves prevent electric shocks.
- Face guard with hard hat
Use this personal protective device when it is required and when there is a risk of electric arcs.
- 4 poles and 25 m chain
These can be used to warn others that disassembly work is being carried out on the vehicle.
- 2 pyramid-shaped markings with magnetic bases
Place the triangular marking on the vehicle to indicate that you are working on a high-voltage system.
- Two-pole voltage meter, with battery
The two-pole voltage meter can be used to check that the high-voltage system has been disconnected.
- Infrared thermometer, with battery
The infrared thermometer can be used to check for high battery pack temperatures. At a temperature of 60°C or higher it is no longer safe to remove the battery.
- Electrically insulating mat
This mat insulates the battery pack from the surface it is resting on.
- 10 rolls of insulating tape
Guarantee: 12 months, unless otherwise specified in the product specifications provided.
