Since the piston chamber of the grease gun is not filled using spring pressure, but via the vacuum generated by the piston, the hand lever must not be opened suddenly. Perform even and quick work cycles. Depending on the viscosity (given by NLGI degree and temperature), due to the vacuum principle, a delay time must be observed when the hand lever is open in order to achieve sufficient filling of the piston chamber.

The short-stroke two-hand grease gun handles 500 g screw-type cartridges for easy and clean lubrication of machines.
- 1. Unscrew the cap from the cartridge. Bleed the cartridge until grease appears.
- 2. Manually tighten the cartridge through the centring ring into the grease gun head of the opened grease gun.
- 3. Press on the follower piston and pump the grease gun until grease appears at the mouthpiece. Repeat the process several times if necessary. Ready to use.
