- Heat-resistant up to 125°C
- Cold-resistant down to -50°C
- Resistant to: Water, acids, bases, salt solutions, cleaning agents, ozone, weather, aliphatic + chlorinated solvents
- Some resistance to aromatics, ketones, mineral oil, petrol
- Very good resistance to ageing
- Well electrically insulated
- Halogen-free
- RoHS-compliant
- TPE has the classification UL94-HB (slow burning) and fulfils the requirements of the automotive standard FMVSS 302 with regard to burning speed
