As the substructure to wooden and WPC decking

For universal use

  • For visible mounting with screws

  • Also for invisible mounting on laterally grooved boards using Spacer tab

  • Can be clipped onto Würth terrace supports using Clip support

  • Mounting of the decking boards with ASSYplus decking screws

Special shape

  • Reduces the risk of fastening screws shearing off as a result of the decking boards moving when they shrink or swell

Resistant to weathering, UV exposure, insects and rot

  • 8 mm diameter water drain hole every 50 cm

  • Supports the structural wood protection

Simple, time-saving installation

Notice
  • Maximum live load/working load of the profile up to 5 kN/m² (live loads in accordance with DIN EN 1991-1; roof terraces = 4 kN/m², terraces in public spaces = 5 kN/m²)

  • For example, with a spacing of 500 mm between the profiles and a spacing of 750 mm between the support bearing points, the profiles can be subjected to a load of 2 kN/m² (specifying the max. span width at which the deflection of the profile does not exceed L/3 percent)

  • Observe the load capacity of the substructure
Application area

Decking substructures can be strengthened through cross bracing. The bracing consists of parts of the aluminium system profile which are attached to the main beams using corner connectors. We recommend positioning cross bracing every 150 cm.
