Datasheets(X)
- Filling the space around mechanically fitted window and door frames and window sills with foam
- Filling connecting joints and joints in pre-assembled outer door frames
- Filling cavities such as smaller wall recesses or wiring ducts of any kind with foam
The adhesion surfaces must be clean, dry, load-bearing and free of grease. Slight moistening of the surface improves adhesion and hardening, as well as the cell structure of the foam. Shake can well approx. 20 times to ensure the can contents mix and optimum foam quality is achieved.
Adapter application:
When using an adapter, remove the gun ring from the can in an anti-clockwise direction. Screw the adapter together with the extension hose firmly onto the valve as far as it will go. Foam dispensing can be regulated with precision by pressing on the adapter to varying extents. Use the adapter with care to control the quantity of foam.
Gun application:
Not the information in the operating instructions for the gun. Remove the retaining tab on the safety adapter for the gun ring. Position the can and screw the assembly gun and threaded adapter
onto the threaded ring of the can. Do not tilt or over-rotate the can during this process. Dose the foam via controlled pressing of the gun trigger lever.
Only fill joints and cavities moderately as the foam will expand up to 200 %. Cut off any excess, fully hardened foam with a knife. Leave cans that have not been fully emptied on the dispensing gun until the next use.
